All activities here are activities I feel are safe for my own children.  As your child's parents/guardians, you will need to decide what you feel is safe for your family.  I always encourage contacting your child's pediatrician for guidance if you are not sure about the safety/age appropriateness of an activity. All activities on this blog are intended to be performed with adult supervision.  Appropriate and reasonable caution should be used when activities call for the use of materials that could potentially be harmful, such as scissors, or items that could present a choking risk (small items), or a drowning risk (water activities), and with introducing a new food/ingredient to a child (allergies).  Observe caution and safety at all times.  The author and blog disclaim liability for any damage, mishap, or injury that may occur from engaging in any of these activities on this blog.

    1. Hi Anonymous! I am so sorry - are you just seeing the title and the comments, but no photos or text? This means that your browser is mad at my site. :( Are you on Internet Explorer? If you can try a different browser or your phone it should load. And if you wouldn't mind letting me know which browser you are using on which computer (Mac or Windows), then we can look into why it's not loading for you from our end. Thank you and sorry for the frustration!!!

    1. Hi Anonymous! Thank you! And HOORAY! I think everyone should have a lovely camera. :) So I have a Canon Rebel XT - I saved money by buying it refurbished through B and H Photo online. I would recommend if you are on a budget buying the body only. The real key to my pretty photos (other than my cute kiddos, LOL) is the lens. It's expensive (as much as the camera body in my case - eek!), but so so so worth it. It's a f/1.4 50mm lens. It's made for portraits and low light (I always shoot with natural light only). Nikon also makes great cameras, so you could also get one of those - just be sure to get the f/1.4 50mm - it's worth the price, trust me. :)

    1. Whoa, really? We've always rinsed ours too, but have never had anything die. Maybe we have crazy tough grass, though....?
